  • Sign-up to for Learning & Development Programs and complete required Regulatory & Compliance Training in the Learning Center

Tuition Reimbursement
We recognize that on-going learning and higher-education opportunities are advantages in the workplace. Tuition reimbursement benefit is available to team members to further their education. All team members are eligible for tuition reimbursement after reaching their one-year employment anniversary. Team members may receive up to $1,500 (part-time) and $3,000 (full-time) per calendar year towards earning their GED, college degree, or a professional certification.

Instructor-Led Classes and Workshops
We provide team members with learning opportunities through instructor-led Development Workshops. Team members can take advantage of a variety of courses and curriculum including Leadership Development, job-skills training, and professional education classes. For more information on development opportunities, contact your manager or Learning & Development Business Partner.

Self-Guided Online Learning
Team members also have the opportunity to direct their own learning and development through eLearning courses available through mypennonline.com. Team members can complete Compliance & Regulatory training, take skills assessments and professional development courses to increase their knowledge and focus on building new expertise at their convenience. One-on-One Coaching and Mentoring
We want each of our team members, teams, and departments to be their best. We actively provide coaching and mentoring to:

  • Build professional relationships
  • Set performance goals
