Answer the Security Questions: By answering the security questions found under the “Personal” tab,  and clicking on “Sign-on Preferences”, you will be able to unlock your own account if you have forgotten your password.

Locked out of your account? If you haven’t answered the security questions and you are locked out of your account, contact Service Center I.T (702-541-7711) to have your password reset.

To access the Self Service Kiosk, you must use one of the following Internet Browsers: Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11, Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome.
